Currently, Thunder is required when building WebKit using developer mode. But the only environment where we have it preinstalled is Flatpak. It is possible to disable it by setting `ENABLE_THUNDER` to `OFF`. But it would be nice to make CMake autodetect if Thunder is available at build time.
