What a surprise! Flash is involved! This crash ONLY and ALWAYS happens when safari plugins are enabled and the flash player plugin is installed. I have verified this by removing all other plugins, leaving flash installed, and the crash occurs. I then removed flash and re-installed all other plugins: crash would NOT occur. I was not able to attach the plugin to this report. get-info says the plugin is: version: Adobe Flash Player 11.3 r300 name: Flash Player.plugin created: Thursday, July 26, 2012 4:42 PM size: 39,975,828 bytes (40 MB on disk) kind: Plug-in (Intel)

(and to be clear: this ONLY happens on webkit. Released safari 6.0 does not exhibit the problem.)

Is it just me or do today's nightlies make it even more crashy than it was before. Now it seems that if I close a tab and the next active tab that appears has a plugin flash embed on it... crash. I've crashed 8 times so far today. I guess I need to disable plugins in the preferences.
